Terms of Service

1. About followreport

followreport is a web service operated by Eastside Development SRL (Romania, CUI: 54238258). It allows users to analyse their Instagram follower data using official Instagram data exports. By using this service, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use followreport. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Free and Pro plans

• Free: Upload your Instagram ZIP once and see your current follower analysis. No account required.
• Pro (€3.99/month): Unlimited uploads, historical tracking, snapshot comparisons, all-time unfollower log, CSV and Excel export.
• Prices are in EUR and include applicable VAT.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime through your dashboard ("Manage plan"). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by EU consumer law.

5. EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@followreport.com. A full refund will be issued within 14 days.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use followreport to scrape, harvest, or collect data about other Instagram users without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Upload data that does not belong to you
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

followreport is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that results will always be accurate (accuracy depends on the completeness of your Instagram export). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eastside Development SRL is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Instagram compliance

followreport uses only data you voluntarily export from Instagram through Instagram's official data download tool. We do not scrape Instagram, use Instagram's API, or require your Instagram credentials. It is your responsibility to comply with Instagram's Terms of Use when using their data export feature.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania, without prejudice to your rights as an EU consumer.
