How accurate is it?
Accurate to your official export. The data comes directly from the platform's own export.
Can I use it on a private account?
Yes. Because you're using your own export file, it works for any account where the platform gives you follower and following data.
What happens to my data?
Free users: everything is processed in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere. Pro users: your follower and following lists are stored to enable change tracking between uploads. No ZIP files are ever stored.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until day 8. Cancel anytime before that and you pay nothing.
How do I cancel?
From your dashboard, click 'Manage plan' → cancel in the Stripe portal. Your Pro access continues until the end of your billing period.
